even if you manage to find some initial buyers, one bad review could hurt your otherwise great reputation.
it is a pretty risky business to be in. would require a lot of time and effort on your part to maintain a good reputed account.
and then, ebay policies i believe are very much consumer focused right now.
what you can do is to start with classified services and forums (techenclave and others have dedicated sections).
you can start your own website for the same as well. though this would work out well in addition to a proper shop at a reputable service :\
