The NOPD is searching for a missing 27-year-old woman. The last person to be in contact with Leslie Sargent was a friend who exchanged emails with her on Jan. 19, her mother told the New Orleans Police Department.
Sargent's mother also told police that her daughter sometimes works in gentlemen's clubs in the French Quarter and eastern New Orleans, according to an NOPD news release.
The mother became concerned when she was unable to reach Sargent and hasn't seen or heard from her, police said.
Police ask anyone with information on the location of Leslie Sargent to call NOPD at 504.821.2222.
